4. Payment & Refund Policy
All program and service fees are listed clearly on the applicable service page. Payments are due upon registration. Payment plans may be available and discussed at the time of enrollment. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Functional Lab Testing
Functional lab testing is included in 1:1 intensive programs. Group programs do not include labs by default but may be added at an additional cost. Tests are recommended on an individual basis and performed through third-party lab partners.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to text, images, PDFs, videos, and handouts, are the intellectual property of Wellness Within LLC and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
You agree to use this website and its content at your own risk. Wellness Within LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of information provided through this site or its services.
8. Governing Law
